Bonjour everyone! I’m Clément Herman, a 3rd year graduate student in the Economics department at Princeton. Previously, I studied economics at Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris and the Paris School of Economics. My research interests here revolve around political economy and behavioral economics. I'm particularly passionate about exploring how collective decision-making and institutional structures shape our interactions and conflicts.
One of my greatest passions lies in the realm of opera and performance arts. I am an active member of l'Avant-Scène, the esteemed French theater workshop overseen by our very own Florent Masse, Rocky's current Resident Faculty. Throughout the year, you'll often find us engrossed in rehearsals around Rocky. I also love running around stunning landscapes of Princeton’s area. Hit me up if you want to chat, walk around campus, or even for a run!
