Jennifer (Jenn) Gadd-Reum is the Undergraduate Laboratory Manager for the Lewis-Sigler Institute and one of the lab instructors for the Integrated Science course. Born and raised in California, she gradually moved up the west coast while pursuing her education in Chemistry. Her first stop was in Forest Grove, OR where she finished her B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics at Pacific University then moved to Seattle, WA where she obtained her doctorate in Chemistry at the University of Washington. She was thrilled at the chance to experience east coast living when she was offered the opportunity to teach at Princeton University starting back in Fall 2013. Though she loved being in the lab and getting her hands dirty, her current focus and true passion lies in educating and inspiring the next generation of scientists. When away from the University, Jenn enjoys spending time with her new husband (October 2020), BBQs with friends, hitting up her favorite local watering hole, visiting family any chance she can get, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and relaxing on the couch with her knitting and her pug, Sazerac, snuggled up next to her.
