Peer Health Advisers

Peer Health Advisers (PHAs) are fellow students trained* to provide support and referrals for other students with health-related questions, concerns and/or wellness goals, and can help them navigate UHS' services. They also work to raise awareness, provide education, and serve as a resource for students on a wide variety of health issues, including: sexual health, sleep, stress, mental health, nutrition, physical fitness, and substance abuse.

PHAs are private, not confidential resources. This means that PHAs will not share the information you disclose to them with others (except in endangerment situations).

PHAs affiliated with your residential college are listed below. Learn more about who the PHAs are and what they do.

*All PHAs receive ongoing training and supervision from UHS staff.
